BYG-FPS01 Automatic Clothes Garment Folding Bagging Machine

BYG-FPS01 is an intelligent, all-in-one garment folding and bagging machine specifically developed for e-commerce apparel businesses, clothing packaging warehouses, and Print-on-Demand (POD) projects. It can be integrated with barcode scanning, printing, and labeling systems. When paired with a computer, it can interface with ERP and WMS systems, as well as shipping platforms for e-commerce plateform such as Shopify and Amazon.

It features an extremely compact footprint, with a machine length of just 2.4 meters. Occupying an area of only 2.5 square meters, its length remains unchanged even when an integrated printing and labeling mechanism is added. Optional features include tear-strip sealing, heat sealing, and air evacuation capabilities.

This equipment streamlines the complex process of folding, bagging, and labeling (whether with product labels, SKUs, or shipping labels), enabling a single operator to complete all these tasks simultaneously on a single machine. Packaging speeds can reach 500 to 600pcs/h, thereby significantly boosting shipping efficiency and reducing labor costs.

This highly intelligent machine offers exceptional operational flexibility. It is suitable for a wide range of garments, including T-shirts, polo shirts, trousers, long-sleeve sweatshirts, hoodies, and standard knitwear. The entire unit is controlled via a PLC system equipped with a touchscreen interface. The Bag-opening width can be configured directly on the screen when you change the bag size , while the garment clamping mechanism features an adaptive function that automatically adjusts to the fabric thickness, requiring no manual adjustment. The folding plates are driven by servo motors, ensuring stable operation and allowing for the precise configuration of folding speeds and angles based on the specific fabric characteristics of the garment.
