The Story About BEYAGO And Our AutoBag Machine & BBC Cellpack Czech , Perhaps It's Not Perfecte!

Since 1961, BBC Cellpack Technology has been a leading supplier in the machining and application of engineering plastics and metals. 
Firstly Contact 
In Feb 2023 we got contacted from BBC Cellpack Czech . And after one week they bought the first Autobag /AutoBagger machine from us.
After useing this machine 6 months . In Oct 2023 Mr Miroslav contacted me again . And told us they have a idea about a automatic packing . They requiremnt a soluation automatic packing electric part and Instruction manual booklet.
Our Discussing
After receiving the customer's needs, we quickly discussed.
Because the customer's bag size is not much larger than the booklet, there is no way to use a regular funnel or slide into the bag due to limited space.

We had to design the bagging method for electrical products and albums separately. 
The booklet needs to be stuffed into the bag with the finger cylinder.
Problems
Electrical products require funnel-type automatic feeding. We did a 3D simulation on the computer and found that there was not enough space because the bag opening was too small . Not Available to place the hopper mechanism and the finger gripper for picking up and placing the instructions at the same time.
We talked to Mr Miroslav and BBC Cellpack Team . We have to choose one of them auto feeder and the other by manual fill .
They told us they wanna the leaflet fill automatic and automatic labeling on bag .

Finally Decision
Finally, the customer gave up the automatic feeding solution and bought our second Autobag Machine.

Customers Feedback 
Although we only purchased another standard AutoBag Machine in the end, we were impressed by the rigor and enthusiasm of the BEYAGO team and their spirit of serving customers. We believe that if there is an opportunity to cooperate in future projects, BEYAGO will be given priority.
